Why has three attempts to post this morning only getting 3-5 views in 15 mins. Normally I get 400 within ten mins. Is TikTok glitching?

I’ve definitely noticed this but also had anyone recently not been able to add posts to collections in your favorites? I can’t do that anymore, I’ve definitely noticed it being weird lately
