Algorith Change?

I noticed in the last week or two my algorithm has gotten completed fucked up, is anyone else experiencing this? Same audios over and over, getting a lot of videos i’ve already seen. And if I watch 1 tiktok about a movie or character, my fyp is full of the movie/character for the next hour?? It’s making tiktok so frustrating and boring for me
