there's literally nothing wrong with this statement. You're not threatening anyone. You're making a statement. you're allowed to say what you want freely as long as you're not threatening or bullying someone. most likely, they made a mistake. contact support and explain your issue because seriously, I can't see how this is against tik toks guidelines.

TikTok is soft. I stream Call Of Duty and if I leave my game chat on, my stream usually gets banned within the hour for stuff that other people on the game say. Given, there is not really a way for their AI to differentiate who is talking but it’s still annoying

It’s TikTok. Someone could threaten someone’s life, get it reported, and they don’t do anything about it. But if you comment “pretty butterfly! 🥹🥹” you get banned for life.
