Do I have to leave a platform right after posting?

I ve noticed that if I stay on TikTok after posting for like 30 mins I will get 20-30 likes and 200 views

If I live it 5 minutes after posting I can reach 80-100 likes and 1000 views (which is still a little)

What do you do? Do you notice any correlation?

I’ve seen conflicting information on this. You’ll get some saying leave, then others saying stay and interact with other peoples posts. I haven’t noticed either doing anything
