Anyone got an idea of why I’m getting this?

I’ve just got back from Cuba and since I just got there I’ve been getting this pop up I live in Canada and I am back home now. But I’ve tried deleting redownloading, updating. It lets me use different accounts and my main account on the website but not on the app. I checked my region on the website it says Canada. Anyone know any fixes?
