Has anyone else had this problem before?

So recently my last 3/4 posts have all felt like they have been held back at first.

Ill post and there wont be any views for at least 20 minutes or more and then all of a sudden it will start going out and will hit 200/300 views pretty quick soon after but this just feels very odd all of a sudden,

I've been doing fairly well recently on tik tok but worried something is wrong at the moment.
