Tiktok account got hacked

On saturday morning around 4:30 am someone somehow got through my email and logged in changed the email and password i submitted a ticket to tiktok and they replied with completely irrelevant information so i resubmitted it earlier today, anybody know what else I can do, i have 16.2k followers on that account i worked hard for.
