Help with weird rednote notifs?

Hello, I just want to start by saying I did not interact with any weight loss, dieting, fitness or even fashion content on rednote. I tried building my feed around art (specifically watercolor and doll making), electronics, alternative music, makeup and some memes because these are the things that I want to see. I am learning Chinese and I wanna surround myself woth content that I like.

That being said, I used to have an eating disorder back in highschool (and that was quite a few years ago) and I have since gotten over it. I myself am eating healthy and staying in shape and I am at the point where I seriously don't care what number is on the scale because, well... I'm fit, healthy and I think I'm hot :)

I am mentioning this because recently rednote has been flooding me with notifs with this "height/weight" format. I haven't clicked on any of them because I REALLY don't want any of this on my feed. Even though it might be harmless dieting content, it looks way too similar to what I used to see in ana communities back in the day so I would like to stay as far as possible. I have been ignoring these notifs but they keep being shown to me. As you can see from the screenshot, these are all from TODAY only.

I haven't found any notif tab in the app itself so I don't know how I can stop rednote from showing this kind of content. Also this is not what I see on my feed. I can post screenshots of my feed, zero "height/weight" posts even right now. This stuff only appears in my mobile notifications. I am really confused and the frequency is starting to feel kinda disturbing. How can I make it stop?

The ban isn't really about privacy concerns

Why exactly? You and me know why America is banning tiktok... They can't control the narrative their like they do with Facebook or Instagram YouTube. etc The genocide in Gaza was being shown in its full without any kind of censorship... And daddy israel doesn't like that so the AIPAC who's holding the American politicians by the balls... Forced them into banning the app.... It's not about privacy or any of that.... Say it with me....because he and his oligarch buddies are getting worried Americans are waking up to the truth about the anti-China propaganda BS in Red Note and will either demand better conditions or go full socialist.
