Copyright and TikTok

Hello! I have a question: On my TikTok account, I post content from Supergirl and other CW series. Several of my videos have been taken down due to copyright issues, even though I've seen people repost almost the entire series without any of their videos being taken down. My content is about two of these characters, and my intention is not to steal content or anything like that. In fact, I think it's a way to let people know about the series. My question is: how can I upload short clips of these two characters without having my videos taken down? I really love this series and my account is all about that content (I'm from Latin America), and I don't want my account to be blocked 😔. Thank you.
