Weird smiley sticker at the beach after posting comments???

😂😂 I just posted a comment on a tiktok and a random sticker got superimposed on top of the comments and then went away?? Does anyone know what that means? That's never happened before and nothing changed I'm so confused. I'm not sure I'm even explaining it properly.

Also the comment wasn't long or strange it said "sit back and relax??? Babe😭"... Soo.. anyone know what that was about?
