TikTok shop question

I posted on 4/7, made 358 sales (3.11 commission per sale) and it says estimated commission is 1,110 $ So far I’ve gotten 483 dollars (paid out in chunks) with the last one being a 12 dollar deposit like a week ago… any insight on if I’ll get the rest of it? I messaged the seller..
