TikTok shop returns getting delivered to me.

I’m officially perplexed. For the past couple of weeks, we’ve received UPS deliveries that are clearly returned items from some random TikTok shop. As of this past week, we’ve gotten four packages delivered - three of them were returned butt enhancing shorts, and one dress. Then it just kinda stopped.

But today, I check the mail and there’s a plastic bag in the mailbox. I cut it open and nothing fell out, until I shook it, and a single, red balloon fell out - the ones you’d use to tie a balloon animal.

What the actual fuck is going on here? Neither my wife or I have ever even had a TikTok account. Are these random people getting refunds, why is our address listed as the return address? It was just a weird thing at first, but who returns balloon?
