Anyone else get this glitch?

I get this glitch on TikTok, I’ve had it for years on multiple devices but I’ve been getting it more frequently. Almost on every video now, between 2 clips the video will glitch, it’s not that big of a deal but obviously makes my videos look less professional. It seems to only do it on the video I posted, when I look at the video in my camera roll after I upload it the glitch is gone. It is there for other people on other accounts though. Anyone know how to fix this?
