What does “shared with you” label mean under a TikTok account?

I have been noticing some accounts with “shared with you” under their TikTok account when I view it. Some come up as suggested users to follow who are complete strangers, and others are personal acquaintances accounts I have viewed from time to time but I do not want to follow them. I am scared about what this label means. Does this mean they know I have been on their profile? Does this mean they’ve been on my profile? I am freaked out.
