ok so idk if I'm slow but why the fuck do brands think it's quirky and funny to comment on stuff??

obviously a cherrypicked example for "how many brands can we get in the comments ??? " but I see stuff like this on regular posts too. Like unless it's like a video ABOUT the brand, why do brands comment acting like normal people?

It humanizes them, and people love when brands are self-aware. Transparency and authentic interactions are important to Gen Z. It’s also a good way to advertise your brand if you have a banger comment.
