tiktok does not work on my pc whatsoever

if i go on there i can scroll through my fyp, but eventually i start coming across the same videos, i have the same fyp just arranged differently every time i refresh, if i search something up i get no results found no matter what the search is, same for accounts. ive had this issue for a year or two now and i cant fix it at all. what can i do to possibly fix this
