Business Registration Keeps Getting Rejected

Hi, I just created a tiktok account for my business - Helios Tabletop as we're trying to expand our reach on socials. I want to make it a business account like we have it on instagram but my registration keeps getting rejected. I'm not sure why this is happening as all my info is correct and I uploaded screenshots of my company in the Ontario business registratry that has all the info tiktok needs.

The one thing I noticed is that our city, North York, is not listed as a city option when registering on tiktok so I put Toronto which is right next door. I'm not sure if this could be why but literally everything else is the same.
