anyone else’s FYP showing tons of content you would never watch?

I’ve had my account for years and my content has always been good on my FYP, I’m now being shown tons of football related content, content clearly geared towards high school aged kids and videos about school, as well as influencers like Mollie Mae who I’d never watch and never have. Content in different languages, Americans dancing… I haven’t even liked or engaged with any of it but my FYP is flooded all of it is just this rubbish. It’s really frustrating me, is there a way to fix this?
