Best budgetish camera for content creation?

I wanna get a camera for yt/tt, more for quality and being able to use my phone while recording than those rlly good looking quality videos. Essentially which camera is good for starting off with a good quality that i can find on amazon maybe?

Idk i have a handheld ge action cam thats waterproof, pretty old, but actually looks pretty good - got it at a garage sale for two dollars.

Otherwise just use your phone camera, alot of phones now allow you to use it as the comp camera if its plugged into said computer
