Quality trick?

Chat : does that also happens with u when u upload video(1080p 60fps) and its quality is good but after some time its quality get compromised to (720p 30fps) and maybe worst than that .i know these big tiktokers or even editors know the secret souce of quality but if anyone of u knows what it is please let me know if its secret plzz dm me :( Thanks
