TikTok isolating my Voiceover from my exported video and removing it.

Hello I am having a REALLY weird issue and I don't know how to fix it. I have a video I edited in Premiere Pro, I haven't done anything differently than my other videos which have all been fine. In the project I have my camera clip with its audio, the audio I captured in Audition and the music track. All on separate layers.

But when I upload the render to TikTok, somehow it is isolating the mic from Audition in my render, removing it and you can only hear the camera audio and the music.

I don't know what to do or even if this is the right place to be asking. But this is where I am starting.

Hi enzieLUL. Jason from Adobe here. It sounds like you might have audio that is out of phase, so perhaps when it's going to TikTok the audio is getting 'summed' (to mono) and the dialog track is dropping out.

Of course, it could be something else, but if you are previewing in Premiere (assuming in stereo), you could try adding the Channel Mixer effect on the master Mix channel. There's a preset in there called 'All Channels 50%'. If something is out of phase, you'll hear exactly what you're hearing on TT once this is applied. It's a lot of clicks, I realize, but we could start there. Lmk.
