Stolen account

So I hadn’t been very active on TikTok and I finally opened it and tried to log it but it said my account didn’t exist. I asked my friends to check and they said that the group chat we were in on TikTok, they said that what would’ve been my profile pic was suddenly a black man (I am very much a white woman) and all the content had been changed to the fucking clothing scams. What do I do? Is there a way to recover any of it? I had content on there that was honestly really sentimental and I would really like it back but idk if it’s possible anymore 😭
