I’m a bit confused…

I don’t know for sure, but it seems like it may be code/slang for CSAM. It’s like how “chicken soup” is flagged in Facebook searches. There’s a thread about it on Reddit somewhere.

I googled the phrase “boyfriend wants to join military” in quotation marks, and only two search results appeared. It may be a coincidence but that seemed odd to me.

Only thing I can possibly think of is JROTC kids or smth I genuinely have no clue Or maybe the AI got confused and thinks all the bald men in the military are minors?

Obviously, China doesn't want people to join any military other than the CCP, so it blocked the info.

It’s not just TikTok, I got flagged on FB for searching up “Sega Mega Drive” because apparently the phrase “Mega Drive” is associated with “inappropriate content”.

A lot of innocent terms & phrases must incidentally be code for that sort of thing. I can’t see how else stuff like a friggen Sega gets flagged.
