Tiktok doesn’t work on updated phone

I just updated my iPhone and now anytime I open tiktok it doesn’t show videos or my notifications. It’s in a constant loading state. I deleted it and reinstalled it, I’ve cleared my cache, I’ve restarted my phone, it was working perfectly fine before the update and now it’s acting as if it can’t catch an internet connection. Anyone had this problem and know how to fix it?
