Tiktok laggy posts today

Is it just me thats experiencing laggy posts today like the ones i post? all the other days in this week has been fine and now the enable high quality uploads isnt even an option anymore and when i post they drop to 30 fps and drop in quality. my other posts have also dropped in fps and quality but they were fine for a long time
