Removing likes

Does TikTok remove likes after a while?

Whenever I go through my favourites and watch back old TikTok’s I’ve favourited that I know I have liked for some reason it shows that I havent liked them. So does TikTok remove likes after a certain time? And I’ve reliked a few videos in my favourites and come back to the same video a few weeks later and my like has been gone? Is it a bug or do likes expire ?
