Are you making 0 money with videos below 1 minute?

Hi, I'm kinda new to tiktok, I wanna start a channel and have a few ideas already. The only thing I know is.. That you must have at least 10k followers and your videos has to be at least 1 minute long to make money from it, is this true? How does this work then? Kinda like YouTube? TikTok will check your channel and if there are no copyrights infringements, you are good to go?

But what about all those girls on tiktok who do only like 15 seconds lip sync or dancing videos? They have hundrets of thousends followers, even millions... So they make 0 money with it? Which I don't think it's true.

And I know some of them are not even livestreaming for getting gifts.

I have a channel idea but the videos would be only like 10 seconds long, but is it now possible to make moneys from it or not?
