TikTok not refunding or responding to support cases
Why does it take TikTok literal months to respond to support cases?
Business registration is well beyond the 1-2 weeks they claim it takes and they didn't deliver on advertisement and has still not refunded the amount of money used (speaking of which, the money for coins for advertisement, etc. system is illegal in my region).
I know TikTok recently got hit with a 300m+ fine by the EU for illegally breaching privacy laws, so is there a chance this could be the reason? Due to the nature of our case with TikTok we've had to file a formal complaint with the EU about them as well, but there is no way they are this slow at responding to things.
