Blocked By Company

I bought something recommended to me on TikTok (I know, first mistake) that seemed like a real, small business with non-dropship-y products. I tried reaching out to them through email because it's been a while but they only messaged back through TikTok DMs.

I just realized they blocked me so I'm reversing the charge with my bank but most of the evidence I need is in the DMs that are now gone... Any way I can get TikTok to restore the DMs or send me the information in them?
