glitch??

I posted a video and woke up to a notification of 500+ likes but when i open the video, it shows 42 likes and 200 views. If I open up the same video on my computer, it shows 500+ likes and 4000 smtg views. I just wanna know if anyone else has experience this before cuz it's confusing.
