Filter name

So I've been watching these videos of people doing the try not to stay in the frame challenge. Tiktok tells me that the filter used is called "shopping haul", however the videos I've seen have no money and white background which allows you to also create memes out of the video. Does anyone know what the filter is called or how to remove the white background from this one?
