How to make tiktok recommend my videos to people outside my country/continent ???

I've posted a video on tiktok of my animated show and it did pretty good. I decided to try out the promotion thing to get more reach but when I see the statistics, 79% is from my country, But i want to reach english-speaking country because my content is in english. How can I bypass that ?? This is infuriating
