Streak pet not lighting up??

So me and my mom have a 354 day streak and we went to watch the TikTok’s we shared with each other together we realized that our flame wasn’t lit and a bunch of the videos we shared with each other weren’t showing up for each other. How do we fix this so we don’t lose our streak?
