Why are TikTok DMs

Not sending to some ppl again??? We both send a message and neither can see it we can only see our own again!! And it only happens with the ppl you have large streaks with coke on TikTok what are you doing it shows that we looked like it will say seen but we didn't see it it's just blank some of us have over 200 day streaks we don't want to lose
