How long does it usually take to hear back from TikTok support?

I was suspended due to being accused of being underage, and even worse, too young to be using TikTok... bruh I'm 27 years old. I, of course filed an appeal and am trying to verify my identity. Hopefully it's a human taking care of the case because I used my selfie camera which took a mirrored image. I'm wondering if anyone has had this issue before and how long it usually takes to hear back. I have patience, I'm just antsy to know soon since I just recently got the news i am able to go LIVE and hope I can get my account back.

From most creators I've seen you are cooked and will have to make a new account. It took Cam2r years to get his main account back and he only did because of community pressure. Tiktok rarely has real people deal with those issues and when they do it is slow and with their back and forth of shutdowns as well as good luck. Make a new account is my best recommendation.
