Tiktok pushing rage-bait comments to top?

Recently have been noticing that non-relevant stupid random comments in all caps with 5 likes are at the top all the time??? Meanwhile viral and good comments that are actually related to the video are below. Weird algoritm change...?

I think so. Its become like instagram tbh and something is telling me that they change their guidelines on what you can and cant say cuz if not those comments would be gone
