TikTok keeps unaccepting my age appeal

I’m clearly over 18 and my id even says I’m over 18 but TikTok keeps thinking I’m 16 EVEN AFTER 3 attempts they took away all my rights of my acc and won’t let me appeal anymore even tho IM OVER THE AGE my state just doesn’t have vertical ids for under 21. How do I fix this to go live because I’m getting fed up with them saying I’m 16 when I’m not
