I need to call someone either a cunt, a slut or a desperate hoe and I can't figure out a nice way to do so, if you have tips I'd love them.

Glad you asked, it's super easy! You look them directly in the eye...and call them a cunt.
But if that word is too spicy for you, "scut" is a great term that isn't technically a swear. It means a "worthless, contemptible person," and it's biting enough to get the point across.
