Does anyone know why this would be happening? Or how it can be fixed?

Ok so I recently made a new account. It's been a few days since I made it. I posted one video and it got around 700 views and 130 likes. So I was like okay, I'll post another video tomorrow. Zero views. Literally zero. I thought it might have been a glitch. Reposted, checked a few hours later. Still zero. I tried again the next day. Anything I post is getting nothing. I just don't understand. My quality's good, it's nothing inappropriate. So why is tt doing this? Is my acc just too new or something?
