Anyone else noticed this kind of comments popping up first?

in the past couple of weeks I have noticed this kind of comments appearing first on viral TikToks even though they have way less likes and replies. Not that I have anything against it, I just think it’s a bit unusual? What do you guys think?

Its just bots farming, tiktok has gotten bad with managing bots starting to feel like twitter.

I hate the ones that say "look at my username" and it says "JesusSaves" or some shit. Like practice your religion in your churches and homes, not in places where people don't want it in their face.

I noticed the same thing. Sometimes with only a few likes as well, often the look at username ones

the comment sorting algo has been sabotaged starting this year. The typical stream looks like:

total stupidity comment (50 likes)

rage-bait comment (20 likes)

—> a dozen replies

normal human funny or empathetic or useful comment (15k likes)

: :

etc

On the other hand if the video allows absolutely any possible way to be racist, the stupid comment first will be a racist comment: Also ratio’d to oblivion in replies.

If however the video is a political one showing trump or the right wing in a bad light, losing a debate, being evil, or sounding stupid, the first comment will be:

“Thank god for Trump”, or, “(right wing person) totally destroyed that liberal”, or, something similar from topsy turvy land.

if the video is science, the top comment will doubt the video, say it is faked, ot just basically be anti-science.

It is really rare tiktok ranks most liked comments first anymore.

At least thats how they are for me.

Yeah the religious psychopaths lost their grip on society for a little while there
and now they are just nakedly grasping for influence. Nauseating little automatons with their broken-children. Trained animals.

I'm more shocked it took someone so long to grow long hair.

its a bot designed to polarize. it doesn’t need to sway you, it just needs to piss you off enough that you’ll carry that anger elsewhere - like here.

The comments are sorted for you. We don’t all see the same top comment.
