How do you actually upload 60fps videos?

So HOW TF do you actually Upload tiktok videos in 60fps? I done everything and researched everything, and nothing works, I upload and edit, it turns to 720p 30fps, and I have old videos on tiktok that are even 54fps which I didn't really do anything special, or dont remember my export settings back then since it was years ago. How do i actually consistently upload on 60fps 1080p?
