Why do I have Age Restrictions as a 20 year old

So I recently got a system notification from TikTok saying some features will be disabled due to age restrictions, I submitted an appeal where it asked for my birthday, form of ID and that I take a selfie with my ID and a code provided written on a piece of paper, I guess to show I’m not a bot. AND I GOT ANOTHER NOTIFICATION SAYING I DONT MEET THE AGE REQUIREMENT AFTER REVIEW OF MY APPEAL. I am a 20 year old individual with a valid ID 😭. Literally wtf, what do I do?

Id submit a helpdesk ticket to get it sorted out. Ive seen literal children on tiktok live and not get restricted but full grown adults get age restricted. Its madness.

Got banned for being under 13 when I turn 18 in 2 months. TikTok moderation is just terrible
