locked out of account - any ideas?? cannot remember password or email

Does anyone know how to get in touch? I have a semi-decent sized account and need to get back into it for work collabs. I tried to reset password and it created a whole new "user" for me with what I thought was the correct email? Cannot remember email or PW for the life of me. Have several other work-related accounts so doing phone number is near impossible!
