Anyone else having this problem?

If anyone’s confused, I’m talking about the bottom. This happens to me every now and then, where I watch and ad, and the thing to instal the app just won’t go away. I slid it down to far and just couldn’t get it back up, so it’s just sitting there. Obviously I just closed the app and re-opened it, so it’s not like it’s really a problem, it’s still just a thing that’s been happening a lot to me
