stressing and freaking out

(i don’t know this person) this person randomly sent me a message request saying hi then proceeded to wanting to ask me a question i said sure then saw that they had left me on seen for a little so i texted again asking what question they had for me, account now says it’s suspended but i can still look at their profile, reposts, and followers i’m sure it’s nothing but please has anyone else received a message like this 😭😭😭😭 i’m currently stressing so bad over it
