Anyone else getting an upsurge in propaganda past few months?

I use TikTok and Twitter solely for anime/manga content. I don’t engage with any political posts, if anything, I block the content creators when I come across them. But over the past few months, I’ve been seeing a surge of pro-China posts, for example, I've seen several videos "showing" China is delivering humanitarian aid to Gaza, which is fake, this one debunked by Reuters

And I’ve noticed an increase in content that’s pro-China but also strongly anti-American, anti-Korean, and anti-Japanese under the comment section. The comments often repeat the same thing, like calling Korea and Japan “vassal states” of the U.S., it seems copy pasted comment. Strangely, a lot of these comments don’t even seem to come from Chinese users. On Twitter, I see the same increase in propaganda, for example, alot of the comments are coming from users from Africa or India. Anyone else having the same issue? I legit had to block like 5 users today, because of the toxicity of some of the comments and content
