Photo comments

I heard that photo comments are now universal for everyone to use, however some people are unable to do so or are experiencing issues. I am trying to see if there is any correlation between different people and their inability to comment photos.

I cannot post images in comments. My app is up to date, my iOS is up to date, and I'm on an iPhone 13 Pro Max. I'm in the US and I swear this is what we get for the whole ban thing 😭.
