TikTok lives- elderly man potentially being exploited and abused

Hi, hope everyone is okay. An account has consistently been popping up on my TikTok fyp. It is an elderly man who is constantly live. He looks extremely vulnerable and frail. I am really worried about him and fear he is being exploited and maybe abused. They are located in Pakistan. I am from the UK, Im unsure how to contact the Pakistani authorities. Please advise and if anyone is from Pakistan please get in touch.
