HOW DO I GET RID OF THESE

I woke up this morning to the "flour's run out can you donate $50" scam/spam msgs in my DMs and in the comments of four of my tiktok videos. I immediately reported the comments + dm and then deleted them, then blocked the account. But the notifications of "user liked your video/photos" still stayed even after I blocked the guy.

THEN I deleted the tiktoks hoping that would work, but the notifications are STILL HERE. It is driving me nuts, I don't want to see these notifications anymore. HOW can I get rid of them?!
