Live Studio Highlights

Streaming via desktop Live Studio. When I edit highlights, posting them to tiktok doesn't actually add hashtags, the hashtags just show up as text, which equals zero views. Any idea how to fix this? Also, why am I not able to see the edits I did in the desktop app on the mobile version? This way, I could at least add the hashtags and schedule posts from the mobile app.. Any ideas? Am I missing something?
